Contradanza  Dance

Agricultural dance, whose origins go back to the republican time with a tradition of colonial ancestry, represents the experiences of a historical social world, whose leader is the "caporal", protected by his soldiers and "maqt'a", who perform 10 coordinated steps or movements during the development of their choreography, to the rhythm of the music that is interpreted by typical instruments, whose melodies constitute a musical expression of their own.
